The miata seats as good as any non original sets in m my opinion. I can get these for nearly free, so it is a huge cost savings. I do Like the mustang seats from the referenced link too. Thnx for feedback.

Years ago, I installed a set of bucket seats, high back, into my modified '62 Ford pick-up from a Renault Alliance. A perfect fit and bolted right up to the flat floor. I went through all the American seats in the salvage yard at the time, but they were all SHOT, worn out and beat down. All the foreign seats were in great shape and lookin' good. I was saddened that our American seats didn't hold up like the foreign jobs. I would have gone w/ some Volvo seats, but they wouldn't bolt to the flat floor I had inthe truck. What a shame that our American stuff doesn't get it at toimes. And I'm a die-hard conservative.
