I think finding appropriatly dated unused old wheels will be pretty difficult.
Used production wheels with appropriate dates will be easier.
I'd begin with a want post here on the Parts Wanted Forum. Try contacting member 1960fi, George seems to have lots of 68-69 parts.
I'd also place a wanted ad in the NCRS Driveline.
I'd start calling around the the Corvette 'bone' yards that have used parts.

"Very late" 69 could mean different things to different folks. What is the time/build code on your trim tag? You want wheels dated within the six months prior to your time/build date.
