72 wiper switch wiring

72 wiper switch wiring
The wiper switch above the gauges: I read that it's easy to get the wiring on wrong. As I read the diagrams, it looks to me that the light blue should be to the driver's side. But there's a tab on the back of the switch and a tang on the wiring plug that seem to want to limit how far they will slide together and make contact. Since I don't want the wipers to run backward 
I just want to make sure I plug it together correctly.

71&72 are identical so Alan's photo tells the story.
The purpose of the tab on the plug and the one on the switch is to prevent installing it incorrectly.
