I made a plate that fit the factory mounting location but also bent the pedal so that it was straight. As it came, it had a kink that put the pedal way too far to the center of the car. Once it was bent in a press and straightened, it fit pretty nicely.

I'll see if I can remember to take one this evening. Don't think I have any good ones of it, and not sure really what you will be able to see.
