Default Fan belt question

Hey all,

If any of you are running a belt which goes around the water pump pulley and crank pulley only, could you tell me what belt number you are running? I'm having a hard time finding that info.

My AIM, shows it on the non-AC cars, but does not give specs or part numbers for it. I have marked it in red below.

350 engine / the car is a '77 if that helps.

Thanks!
Adam

Additional info - in my owners manual it shows the belt info (no part #) - length of 32.46" x 3/8" width. I also shows a smog pump belt length of 32.5" (no smog pump on our car). I can find the smog pump belt, but I'm concerned about the length difference due to there being no adjustment for the crank to water pump belt.

Thanks in advance for any help on this.

I may have found some info and thought I would pass it along. Hopefully it will help in forums searches if others have the same question.

Here is a thread from 2011 that covers this question:

based on the info you gave for the bel, It should be something like a 3V3250 or similar----the 3V is the width and the 3250 is the length.

OK, I took a bit of time this afternoon and added the water pump to crank belt. I also scuffed up the pulleys with 150 grit because they were glazed up.

So far, my belt squeal seems to be gone Hopefully it will last and not come back.

Thanks again for the help guys!

Adam,
I just went through the process of figuring out the 3 belts I needed. On my '78, the water pump belt is a Gates 7325 V-belt.
