I had body mounts replaced and noticed there is a gap on the upper portion of doors and left fender is only inch or so above tire. Can someone provide instructions how to adjust the fenders?
The center I took the car to said that is the way the car was, but I know it wasn't. so basically I'm on my own to fix.

Your description of the area needing adjusting is not making sense. Post a photo...and when you do so...do not do it so close that I can not see what it looks like from a distance. If you have to apply a colored tape to the area in question...do so...so i can see what you are seeing.

The gap between the doors and fender in that location is something which is normal on the cars.
An inch of free space between the tire and the fender is small.
The bodymounts need to be shimmed from the frame according to the original factory shim stack. So check that first.
If that's ok, then look at the connection of the radiator support to the front frame.
