Interior vacum line question

Interior vacum line question
In the process of redoing my interior in my 76. Upon removing the console I came across this vacum piece that is 2 black lines into this 3 out rubber piece/connector. One side has a screw in it the other is open. Every thing works w/the exception of fresh air door behind the kick panel on the pass side. Is thIs for that and were does it connect. Looking every where cant see any thing. HELP!!Thanks[IMG]

Is your car factory A/C? You hand was blocking me being able to tell. I believe it is A/C...but that connector looks like the connector that would go on the control head for a NON-A/C car for the rear vents behind the back glass.
