This sentence does not make sense??? I can not read what you have written. Missing punctuation.

Try this:

You have to make sure that your door bushings are in good shape along with the striker also any play in the door can effect how it opens but with the door opening fine as you wrote from the inside this may help you need to adjust your outside door handle rod and or replace the clip that holds the rod into the door handle which can be missing or even the clip that holds the rod onto the latch mechanism should help this can be a bit tricky due to where it is located and it may also need to have the latch mechanism lubricated due to being dry if your water shield is missing and it may even be a broken door handle that will need you to replace it with a new one .

Yes, what he said.

You have to remove the inside door panel to do it.
