Brake Booster Date Code Help
There are some stampings on the master cylinder, but there seems to be some debate as to whether it is a julian date or random numbers. Some members on the NCRS forum have master cylinders stamped with just "1", another member had "696".

I believe the 70-72 TIM&JG indicates there was a part number stamp and date stamp on the boosters.
I'm sorry I don't have a picture since my usual source for pictures doesn't have power brakes. Maybe a year and Julian date?
Perhaps someone else can post a picture.
