clutch linkage issues
1968 corvette, small block convertible.
I have removed the small bloack and going big block. I bought the engine as a turnkey - pleased with eveything until I noticed the clutch pivot joint coudn't install onto the block.
I am not sure what to do? there is a spot on the block that could be drilled but its about an inch off from where I would need it to be? is this a common thing switching from small to big block?
Is there some type of work around? I am not sure what to do.

What engine did you buy, a zz502? If so you can buy Zbar or pivot ball kit
Do a search for a 502 on the corvette forum. I hope this helps
