Help with Ignition, reverse 7 brake lights
Sometime ago we installed a 200-4R in our 78. Shortly after the battery would drain in 3 or 4 days. We installed a new battery and the problem grew even faster now it drains overnight.
Then with the new batt fully charged no start, so we changed the starter and it worked ok for a few days but back to no start. We can jump it and it will start. Yesterday I noticed we had lost brake lights and reverse lights, the reverse lights worked momentarily when in neutral, which to me seems out of alignemnt. The blinkers function ok. Could this be the NSS? Maybe when they replaced the tranny the messed up the NSS?
Would this cause the battery to drain overnight too?
