Most LS Vette manifolds fit, also Hookers shorty headers fit as well.

Many are using C5 manifolds, I am using C6. You can get pretty good flow with these manifolds. I would guess shorty headers for the same may work. Some of the shorty block hugger headers have plug clearance problems, forcing short plug use. There are also some who used F body long tube, but fitment is not always good. The custom C3 LS headers are a little on the pricey side.

02 Z06 flow great and will fit steering, Z bar, etc, cost under $100 used, and flow as well as headers at 350-400hp levels.

There are a lot more headers available than when I did my engine swap. If you use a shorty header you will have more options for clearance but you will need to have down pipes fabricated. Long tube headers are going to be better for performance but your ground clearance is going to be whatever the header allows.

All good options as stated above. What are your power levels going to be. As said if you are going to be in the 350 to 400 level the manifolds will work well. Check out my post on exhaust headers. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c3-t...es-inside.html This is a full tilt long tube no expense spared exhaust system that should be good well into the 650 to 700 hp range. I may go blower in the future but right now am in the 500+ hp range.
