71 4-speed. First time out this year, tried to impress kids next door, by burning some rubber. Now I have a leaning rear left side. Does anyone have idea for a fix? I have a classic cruise tomorrow.

My 81 had a low left lean , turned out to be a failed mono leaf spring... Replaced it and all is good... Ride height is adjusted by the bolts that connect the trailing arms to the steel leaf you've got... Could be that a bushing failed/ slipped out of its pocket? Or something else related to that bolt? Look for inconsistencies.. And or sagging/broken leaf? Pics of that area could be helpful to diagnose...

Thanks Fireball, I'll look into it. Could be a couple of days before I get to it. Appreciate your input.
Curious.. Did the PO install any coil spacers in the front? Mine did... The twist in style... I have investigated further cause I plan to go through the whole front end bushings etc someday soon... But I would imagine that if the right front were up a little it would put extra weight on the left rear etc..
I think the left rear side of the spring takes extra stress as the motor tries to twist the car during enthusiastic throttle play... Even after I switched my rear leaf I still feel like the left rear sags... And at the moment I've got the two adjustment bolts turned in at the same amount... At some point I'll go through the whole car and set each corner up to be where I want them...
I need a little more height than most simply because of how my exhaust was run... If I run low I have issues with speed bumps and entrances/exits sometimes... So at the moment I've adjusted it up fairly tall... Will look into it as time allows... Then get into alignment once I rejuvenate the front end to match the work I've done to the rear...
