Snapped Hood Latch Stud
So I snapped off one of the 2 hood latch studs that come out of the firewall above the master cylinder. How do I get access to the back side? In the wiper area there seems to be an access panel, but I don't know if that's where I need to start or if I need to go through the cabin.
Anybody have the same issue? Any suggestions on how to fix?

You will have to remove the entire pedal assembly. Disconnecting the master cylinder/booster from the firewall on the inside. Steering column comes out.
Then the speedo/tach dash panel. Then the brake pedal assembly completely. This will allow you to get to the plate that has the studs in it.

Ok! A new adventure. My seats are already out, and my steering column is already out, so I'm halfway there.
