Side markers not blinking

Default Side markers not blinking
The side markers on my 80 light up with the headlights but don't flash with the blinkers. Where do I start troubleshooting? Thanks

The sidemarkers are not turn signals - they're just sidemarkers. They don't flash.

They're not turn signals. They're side markers with single-filament bulbs. Side markers won't blink even if you stand on your head, turn your headlights off and tap your brake pedal with your nose. Side markers do not blink.

You're right. I'm wrong. I just realized we're talking about an '80 with cornering lights. Yes, front amber side lights should blink. Rear red markers do not blink.
