Small Tire Valve

I did a search here without much help.
These '73 steel rims have a hole in which the standard .453" tire valves are too large to fit. One thread mentioned these holes measured .435", which is what I came up with on my rims.
I'm not going to drill them out to fit a stem. I want to buy the right diameter stems, period. And a little longer stem than standard too, as the factory dress rings are going on these wheels as well.
I'd rather not use metal stems; simple plain rubber stems for me.
Can anyone point me to the right product? I would really appreciate it!
Steve
Gonna need extensions with the stock Trim Rings in place I think. I only have experience with aluminum wheels.
