Default rivet question

attached photo, some items on fender well of the 82 vette are on with rivets, where can I get these rivets? are they out of the normal? i have looked at HD/automotive fastners/ETC, cant seem to match, got some 1/4x1/2 they are to big, and 3/16 seem to small. thoughts? i am waiting on the AIM to arrive

Hi bn,
Remember, pop-rivets, (as those appear to be), expand into the hole as they are pulled and finally set.
So not only is the diameter of the rivet important, but also the length, because it's the length that in part gives the rivet the ability to snugly fit the hole in both the fiberglass and the part.

thanks, awesome details/theory.., the drilled hole seems to be 1/4, just cant locate what I assume is 3/16x?? with the large diameter head that the old ones were
