Hi bb,
I don't know just what you're doing and thus need the dimension for.
There's quite a bit of leeway in how long (or short) the hood can be on 68-72 cars and still work because there are 4 gaps to use to compensate for the exact length:
Front of surround to hood
Rear of hood to wiper grill
wiper grill to wiper door
wiper door to windshield
So?
