I am going to do the hvac blower conversion. Anyone know. is the screw flange holes between a 76 and 84 blower motor the same? I'd like to make the spacer ahead of time. Or get a transfer pattern.
Holes are the same. Get your blower and fan locally and make theparrern from that. Its a pretty easy project. I used 1/2" MDF and painted it with several coats of black epoxy paint.
It will move a Lot more air than the original, but you also need to make sure your center ac duct is complete, no gap behind the center gauge panel.

Cool Thanks. What is MDF?. Got my blower and fan already. Then was told Blowers are the same power.

Medium Density Fiberboard in other words good particle board.
But I used ABS plastic. Got a 12" X 12" piece from McMaster Carr. Less than $20 although got it several years ago. The plastic is already black and very durable. Needs no paint and is weather resistant.
The upgrade is well worth doing, if your goal is to increase the airflow then don't forget to clean the leaves out of your evaporator case as they block half your air flow if you have an A/C car.
