Windage Tray?

Windage Tray?
Does a 68 427 / 437 (L 71) still get a windage tray even with the trap door oil pan? ( I believe it does) If so, what nuts are used to install it to the long bolts (standard with lock washers, or lock nuts?)

Yes the windage goes with the trap door pan (same all the way up to 74)
The nuts are prevailing torque ones (distorted shape) so they do not require any loctite or anything but there is a plain washer used
