Default Cluster Help needed

Hey Guys. I just changed my Speedo/Tach circuit board today and everything works but my turn signal indicators, high beam indicator, and brake light warning indicator. The tach works as it should. I replaced all bulbs with LEDs. Anyone ever ran into the problem before? The only thing I noticed right away was that the new circuit board was missing a spot for one bulb compared to my original

THE CAR WAS STARTED COLD THAT'S WHY THE TACH WAS SO HIGH

The main plug is not in properly or the tabs of the new board are bent from installation

All bulbs were check directly with 12 volts while in the twist in sockets. Do the indicators run off the front turn signals. I got the right side indicator to flash but my front left turn signal bulb is not working. When I took the bulb out and turned the headlights on the indicator came on solid. Still baffled about the brake light and brights indicators. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks
