Default Brake Caliper damage question

I am currently going thru the front and rear of my car and re doing the brakes, the front Calipers I did without a problem but the rears seem to be another thing.

On the left hand side one of the sleeves is worn in quit bad and now when I opened the passenger side I found this nice gash inside the sleeve, now the calipers never leaked any fluid with the original lip seals, I will be installing O rings but would I be safe on re using this or should I buy new calipers...?

The gash is about 1mm deep

Thanks

did you hone that bore? If the nick is high up in the bore, the seal on the piston will never ride up there.

No I did not hone the bore yet, but I'm sure it won't come out with honing.

Now I am looking at replacement calipers and see Raybestos frc8003 or acdelco 18FR818

Anybody know if these are with the O ring and what would be the best choice ?
I would have mine refurbd but since I am in Europe and shipping these lumps is going to be as expensive as the core deposit I'm stuck with buying refurb and adding the core charge...

Thanks

I think if you want to make sure that you get an o- ringed caliper, you'd be best off buying from VB&P or the other forum vendors. O-ring is an aftermarket thing so I'd doubt you'd get on from a regular parts dealer.
