Default electrical problems on 1970 Vette

I'm having a problem with my electrical system. If I have my heater blower motor on my car will not shut off when I turn the ignition key to the off position. But if I turn the blower off the car will turn off when I turn the key to the off position.

If you car is still factory stock...some how...some way....the power from your blower relay and wiring is touching or has been spliced into the power wire going to your ignition coil.

I can only guess because you gave some information...which was great....but there is a lot of possibilities it can be...and without knowing what is going on....I can only start off with the most simple answer.
