Check the Wilcox site, they have good schematics on the vacuum systems on most C3s.
I have checked there. Seems to me that everywhere I check is different.i have two hoses that I have nothing to hook them to. I can't figure out if I am supposed to hook them to the coffee can looking thing. I don't have one.
Yes. A coffee in the nose. Purchase the assembly instruction manual (AIM). It shows the vacuum hoses connections, routing, the correct hose color codes, and the coffee can.
Ok. I got my headlights to come up today but now they won't go back down. I followed the Wilcox diagram that didn't use the canister. Is that my problem or could it be something else.
Oh, my wipers don't work either. Lol.
Where do I get the manual. I need to get the can. Thanks so much
I'll have a coffee can and any associated vacuum parts available in a few days. I'm converting to electric. Not enough aspirin and/or beer for me to keep the suck and maybe work system
If you want them they are yours for the cost of shipping.

Sounds great. So not having the coffee can is part of my problem. Oh and thank you.
...So not having the coffee can is part of my problem...
The coffee can is the vacuum reserve tank. You need it to cycle the headlight doors with the engine off. With the engine running, you have vacuum to operate the doors.

Rick,
If you click on the link for the kit, there is a 'product document' tab, click this and you will have the diagram for the Corvette.
I hope this helps,

I have that diagram. I was asking about where all the hoses go from the vapor canister located up closer to the firewall. That is where I'm confused now.
