1981 Cruise Control
I have a 1981 model that is equipped with factory cruise control.
It appears to have all of the major components, but the cables going to the cruise control transducer are missing.
A prior owner installed a nice 383 stroker motor which runs great, and in the process removed some of the emissions equipment and appeared to disconnect the ecm that is located in the battery compartment.
That is fine, but it appears speedometer type cables are not routed to the cruise control transducer. All of the other components are in place and appear to be in good shape.
I have a shop manual for the car, but it is pretty sketchy on the type and routing of the cables.
If somebody could please provide information as to the type and proper routing of the cables, I would it appreciate it very much.

One cable from transmission speedo output and into the cruise transducer head (central fitting); one cable from transducer head (upper fitting) to dash speedometer. That transducer head also has electrical connections and a vacuum line going to it. The Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual is the best source for info on that cruise unit and how it is installed.
