Default VIN code

Hello
Here in Sweden "the big brother" have began to check the VIN code on the chassie/frame. I was told that I can find it behind the left rear wheel. I will be thankful for more information, perhaps a photo.

With best regards from Sweden Lennart B
-69 conv

Thank you for your help Wilcox. I have been busy for a time (work).
