I'm not familiar with a 4010-1 Holley but I am assuming its a 4 barrel. I would say an electric choke kit is almost certainly available thru Summit Racing for around $65 to $75. Can you post some pictures of your 4010-1 so we can see what it looks like?

It looks like it has the standard Holley choke mounting bolts but I would give summit racing's tech line a call or Jegs. I would go with the electric choke, it's the easiest to hook up and most likely is the only one they'll have.
