Here we go...and I was off on the temp range for one of em.
180/195 switch is 61318361787
195/210 switch is 61311378073
I'm sure parts stores can interchange from the BMW numbers to a different brand too-the actual BMW switches are NOT CHEAP but are prolly the highest quality too.

so are these off/on or on low/high numbers and if so where do they turn off?
On each switch, T1 closes contact at 180, then T2 closes contact at 195 for example. It is also important to note that T1 maintains a ground contact even when T2 goes to ground-so for this reason-the switch should be used with either a dual speed dual fans or with dual fans wired in series to achieve dual speed operation. I build fan kits using this switch since it simplifies building relay kits quite a bit. In the end, it's about the same cost as going with 2 GM switches all things considered.
But I'm just showing that there are other options and with regards to this dual temp switch-it solves a lot of problems with installs that would otherwise require engine bungs for relay triggers for example.

Thanks for the switch numbers, do you know where to get a plug to fit them?
