Air cleaner
Hey guys I have been hearing alot about these K&N air filters for our cars but what I want to ask is it better than the stock ram air system that came on my 79 L82 or not? Would appreciate some info from anyone who knows about them! Thanks :)

When they refer to K&N air filters they are talking about the air filter element only. The stock air cleaner assembly on your car should be the dual snorkel and works well. You can buy a direct relacement K&N air filter to replace the stock one. The main benefits are increased air flow and best of all the filter is designed to be reused by just cleaning it with the stuff they sell so you don't have to worry about buying a new one for a long time
