Horn Blows!
Well, My Wife finally talked me into installing the new horn contact on her 78. Everything went well until I tighten the three screws on the contact. As soon as the screws are barely tighten the horns blows.
I have to leave the screws loose enough where the contact is loose for the horn not to blow. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 68, but it seems like it is assembled incorrect, mine has a metal ring with three plastic/rubber feet and keyed to go a certain way if your off one the horn blows. Your going to have to start over, send a pic of what you got and others can chime in and help you out. Consult your assembly manual.
