Default C3 Steering Knock from Driver Side

Hello guys and girls,
I have a 1976 corvette stingray L82 manual and for some reason I know hear a knock when I turn the wheel.

The knock happens when you turn the wheel 1/4 left and then right. And immediately after you turn right it knocks.

You can find the picture here: http://imgur.com/EtVC1NX

The knock is coming from the piece of metal closest to the right side of the image but still inside the red circle. During the routine stated above, that piece of metal touches the side (kind of like how its touching) and that causes the knock.

Here are the questions I have.

Should there be a bushing touching that piece of metal?
What is the name of the part highlighted in the green circle?
What is the name (if there is one) for the connection in the red?
Thank you!

The part in the green circle is the pwoer steering cylinder. And the part in the red is the bushing for the power steering cylinder.

You can buy just the bushing set up that you have worn in your car.

DUB is right. There should be a bushing on both sides of the frame mount. Your inner one is missing.
