Center Console question
The two plastic pieces where the shifter goes into the console do they both come out or the bigger one stays in? The smaller one is out but the big one won't come out. Looking to strip and paint and don't want to ruin the plastic.

Must be the auto sliders
Yes they both come out and yes the larger one is a bit of a pain. IIRC There is a little post that keeps the slider from going out. You need to flex the slider up (down) over that post and it will come out
