well i have been working on it doing the little stuff to it,im dropping the tank tonight to install the pump all wiring is done, pulleys ,belts, sensors alldone, computer is in,upper and lower intake all ported as well.Picked up a throttle body this weekend thats been worked on and has an airfoil already in it,for free from my brother. Also did alot of work for him so through his connections i ordered a custom chip for the motor instead of the one i got so now it will be programmed to not have egr air pump and so on.One setback so far, the siamese runners i got were the wrong ones for the year tpi i got no big deal,i bid on a set of slp runners for it instead.Im making my own sidepipes this week in 2 1/2 pipe or 2 3/4 with dynomax bullet mufflers then cover them with the fiberglass sidepipe covers instead.I feel better with the way the exuast will flow then the other setup i was doing. So hopefully in a few more weeks, itll be at the track getting tested, then changing the nitrous over to a fogger setup but thats next month.yesnod: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ADME:B:BN:MT:1 :yesnod:
Re: update on tpi install, almost done (pats406nitrovette)
crap ,more bad news tanks down and the leading edge where the strap holds it is rusted..and wet so its been leaking...also the sending unit is leaking at the tube...
Re: update on tpi install, almost done (pats406nitrovette)
pats406nitrovette-Looking good. Sounds like your going with an intank fuel pump? There are very few of us that have done it this way. No pump noise and I can use off the shelf GM pump.

Did you happen to document and take pictures of the whole install? If you made a website of how to do the TPI conversion I'm sure many of us would be very grateful!!! :)
