Looks like a pretty good deal for a hundred bucks, made in the U.S.A. is nice.

Put one in a friends car a few years back - same distributor - so far so good.

Hello richard. I bought one for my 74 brand name was Dragon fire for about the same amount . that was maybe about 13 years ago and it worked great! I ended up selling it about two years ago cause my new engine came with a new one.

Only the wires... all those distributors are made in china. That right there is deceptive marketing so people see what they want to see...
I believe the factory there that makes them for msd is selling their own version direct they are also sold as the pro comp brand..
I have one of these I installed on my 74 a couple years ago and its been working well. they sell for about $50 -70 normally. I bought a recurve kit but found these had the same plates in them already and just used the springs from it although it worked ok prior to changing them. They do have the adjustable vacuum can too.

heres another good seller to buy from..

Or here where I bought mine.. I bought a mini starter from these guys once that gave me issues months later and they replaced it with a better one with no problems even though it was after the feedback was given and they werent obligated to do so..
