Piston intallation in brake caliper bore
Can anybody, please, explain how to properly use this tool in order to install the piston with lip seal style in the caliper bore?
I read that this is the needed tool.
Any other trick or procedure to follow up.?
Thanks

Hi C,
Install the new seals on the pistons.
Lubricate the piston, seal, inside of the installation ring and the caliper bore.
Slide the piston into the ring. This compresses the seal on the piston.
Hold the ring tight against the bore in the caliper.
Slide the piston/seal out of the ring and into the caliper bore.
The ring holds the seal compressed as it leaves the ring and enters the bore.
Good Luck!
Regards,
Alan

Thanks Alan
Seems to work just like a piston installer.
