not sure what this is. its a 81, is on the drivers side, next to wiper motor. it has several wires and a small vacuum line going to it.<br/>thanks!

The relay shown is the TCC Relay (Torque Converter Clutch) there is another relay under the bracket for the EGR Bleed Solenoid, and the sensor with the vacuum line is the Vacuum Sensor (MAP sensor).
Manual Trans equipped 81's do not have the relay on the outside of the bracket as shown.
