Default Stumble/buck

1972 base motor 'Vette, rebuilt 350, minor upgrade. I installed a Demon
Street 625 cfm Saturday. I am happy with everything but a stumble/bucking when I am off-throttle and coasting. Idle is set at 800rpm and idle mix is 1/4 turn ccw from factory setting. Stumble was there at factory setting. I am trying to contact Holley tech support, but the wait time is over an hour. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave

Default

did you set the idle mixture by starting from about 1 1/2 turns from fully seated and gradually turning in a 1/8 or 1/4 turn at a time until you noticed a drop in idle speed and than backing out to the previous position?
What is your initial timing set for?
Are you running vacuum advance and if so, ported or manifold?
