Yesterday my right turn indicator on the dash stopped working. The turn signals themselves work front and back, apparently just the interior indicator is out. Is this just a bulb or a bigger issue? I JUST put my dash all back together. If it is the bulb, how easy is it to get to the bulb... or does the dash need to come out again?

Does the left indicator work? Right side is likely to be a bad bulb. "Easy" could be open to interpretation. If you can see it on the back the tach, you might be able to reach it.
When I put my dash back together i changed all the bulbs, one of those well I'm here things, and I had no t/s indicator like you. On mine the small metal tabs had bent and it wasn't strong enough to hold the socket in the housing. I replaced the socket and was able to get it reinstalled from under the dash.
Every time I have to work on the speedo/tach or gauges. If the bulbs do not look new...I put new ones in regardless. And it is best to get the bulbs with the brass sockets instead of shiny sliver. The brass sockets hold better and will not fall out due to the indexing pins in the socket are very well defined.
It is possible to service that bulb without taking the dash out...I have done it. But if you can't...get the correct bulbs and put new bulbs in.
