Default 1969 what are they worth?

I am a C2 guy and these wheels and tires have been on my shelf for 30 years. I got one of the trim rings off of the wheel and the code is K-1-9 4 stem 16 AZ. I believe it is April 16 1969. Very nice trim rings and centers. Tires are wrong so they will get removed. What are they worth? I know you can buy repro but these are original dated. Thanks for help.

Most of the time they sell in the $75 to $100 range each. Some will get a little more than $100, but most of the time they don't sell if listed much over $100.

I wish your wheels were dated later in 69 because I am looking for a set.

Good luck,
Allen

If your wheels haven't been repainted and still have the greenish hue Argent Silver on them, they may be more desirable to some.

Hi 65,
There may also be interest in the trim rings on your wheels.
During 68-72 production some of the details of the trim rings that were shipped with cars from St.Louis made them different than wheels that were available in service and also different than later trim rings used in production.
These details have to do with the manner that the rings where held in place on the wheels. It generally involves the number of 'clips', the location of the clips, the precise configuration of the clips, and how they are secured to the rings.
If the rings you have are in very nice cosmetic condition and are in fact 'production rings' you may have something desirable to car 68-72 owners interested in originality!
Regards,
Alan

I am actually looking into getting a set. I already have a set of correct rally's but want another set to put redline tires on. I am looking into different options such as repros.I'm still just in the considering phase. unfortunately they would have to be shipped to CT.LMK Thanks.
