Default 1971 Ignition Shielding

Shields that come off distributor cover. Either side nothing to secure too at bottom of shield. Couldn't seem to find a diagram in the assembly manual.

Hi V,
The shielding is shown in the AIM.
UPC 6, Sheet B6
And, in the radio option pages.
UPC U69, Sheets A5 and A6.
On the right side the vertical shield uses a wing nut to bolt to the spark plug wire guide bolted to the blocks rear flange on that side.
On the left side the vertical shield uses a wing nut to bolt to a u-nut mounted in the bottom surface of the chrome plated radio shield for the 2 rear spark plugs.
Regards,
Alan

This Keen diagram is for a later engine but shows accurately how the bottom of ech of the vertical shields is secured.
