Beautiful job you are doing, I like the change from the clock to a trans temperature gauge. my question is why are you still using that old antiquated steering set up?

Just, top notch work, very nice. Kudos to you for having the bravery to do a frame-off. I just, I can't. I want to drive it.


I am quite paranoid about fuel leaks considering how much time/effort/money I have into my C3 and how quickly they are gone if there is a fire. I went with braided line to/from the fuel pump and STILL I worry:

Thanks, this is true motivation. You set the bar pretty darn high; heck even Alan71 thinks so. Ha ha ha. But seriously, you've got one heck of a project there. I'm 24 months into it, and am going to drive it this spring, dang-it! Keep it up, i can't wait to see a video of how it sounds.

Well, you have to leave some old parts on that car for being able to realize future imrovements/upgrades, don't you think so?

To be honest, that sounds a lot like my original plan back in the year 2000
For some reasons I just coulnd't hold the deadline.
