Default Wire connector ID

I'm trying to identify this short connector. I'm converting my 69 auto w/ air, 350/300 over to a manual, at the same time I'm replacing all my harnesses. I neglected to tag this connector, and can't find it on any diagram. It looks to be 10 guage red wire and 10 guage purple with white stripe. One end the connector is flat, and at the other end they are 90 degrees to each other.

I thought it might be the nuetral safety switch connector from the auto, but I thought that was purple and purple/white.

Thanks for the help!

Looks like the connector for the clutch safety switch.. Wire size and colors seem appropriate

That's what I thought too, but its an old wire harness which and it was an automatic (noted in my OP) so it's not from the clutch pedal assembly. Although it would fit if I hadn't purchased an OEM replacement with the correct purple&purple/white wires.

Looking at the replacement wiring harness diagram though, the only two connectors on the loom that are 90 degree connectors are related to the clutch safety switch on the pedal assembly, and the neutral safety switch on the automatic shift handle.

I'm probably not going to need it due to the conversion.

If you are going to use a clutch safety switch...then the connector at the top of the wiring harness you have shown is what attaches to the clutch safety switch. I can not remember right off the top of my head what the connector on the main dash harness looks like that would allow this harness to attach to....BUT....I believe they are the 90 degree design..as you put it.
