They were prototyped between me and a shop in the States. Went from Canada to the States numerous times.
The header pipe mentioned above should clear the idler as it was one of the last modifications, I had them move the pipe over 1/4" and that's about how much clearance I have.
These headers are made of 321 Stainless Steel with titanium in them. Look up SS grades and this is the best stuff for the application.
Where they are made now I don't know, I was supposed to get a cut but at $300 and change my cut is not worth going after. I got two sets and one brand new still in the box so I didn't do too bad.
