I have a '68 vette. What wires do I need to install before the body goes back on

Positive battery cable. It's hard to get to with the driveline in place.

At the factory, all the major harnesses were installed before body drop. Your choice as to whether you want to install these before or after.

Default Body Drop





New cable , make sure you leave enough to reach the starter and the battery. Old cable should have all the bends and be the right length.

If you have an assembly manual...the rest of your grounds will be able to be found in it so you know where they go....because there are more than what has been shown in photos.

If my memory serves me correctly.....there are four more.
