I an wanting to get chrome electric fans for my 74 350. Has anyone used the Universal chrome duel electric fan from Ecklers? Part number 25-176958. Or anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks

I put a Lincoln Mark VIII 2 speed fan on my 69 big block. I've had no cooling issues since I rebuilt the LS-5 454. And we all know that a new build can run hot, but I'm pleased to say not this one.

There is a fan that looks like the Lincoln, but it comes on other cars, I think the Taurus, and it doesn't seem to have the CFM capacity that the Mark VIII does. I got mine off eBay for about $60-70 I think. I used two constant duty solenoids to control each speed. and even connected the A/C on the high speed also.

Not using the chrome one, but the SPAL unit i have on my DeWitts looks just like that one, but black. I love having the electric fans. Cleans up the front of the engine and gives a ton more room.

The SPAL fan has the same CFM and amp draw rating, so that may be the same one but with a chrome shroud.

I have a DeWitts radiator also, aren't they great? They keep my big block cool in the AZ desert summers, 115* even!!

I'm running the March pulley system designed for the C-3 Corvettes. And I really like that, it's pretty tight up to the Mark VIII fan I'm running, but it's working like a champ.

I saw Dewitts had a show quality dual spal fan set up including shroud in chrome. I purchased my radiator and fan system before I saw that. I would have definitely got one on chrome. Love the performance and space in the engine bay
