My '72 has a slight vibration and I think I've done everything to cure it, but someone third-hand suggests the pinion snubber. Somewhere in the rear suspension. Can someone point it out to me? Thanks.
Hi PB,
The pinion snubber is the heavy rubber bushing at the forward end of the differential mounting bracket.
It cushions the slight movement of the differential.
Regards,
Alan
It's made up of 2 rubber bushings…. one is hidden in this photo. It's above the crossmember bracket.
