Default Need Engine Compartment details for 68

After replacing my vacuum tank in my 68, I had to bend the brake lines going up to the master quite a bit. Now as I am putting things back, not sure which side of the clutch rod the lines are supposed to go. If you have a non power brake car and have a detailed picture looking down at the clutch cross shaft and mater cylinder, i would greatly appreciate it

Hi ex,
NOW I can see why you were having such difficulty getting the tank out.
The brake lines and distribution block are in a much tougher place on your 68 than they are in 70+ cars.
I'm glad you were able to figure it out.
Regards,
Alan

you do have a lot more room than I do on my 68. I bought the car in 1974 thinking I would paint it and flip it...that never happened. There are so many 1968 only things, quite a headache at times !

sometimes that is just not enough but I know what you mean, it shows our dedication and determination even in the face of reason. Normally the first year of a new car is more desired, not less !
