I was told you need Bilstien Sport Shocks if you're using a fiberglass rear spring. Never was anything soooo true. I installed new gas shocks when I put the fiberglass springs in but they just didn't work. Sure enough when I took the other "new" gas shocks off and replaced them with the Bilstein sport shocks and it made a night and day difference. So based on my former problems I'd recommend a VBP spring and Bilstein sport shocks.

My QA1's are working just fine with my newly acquired 340# mono. Just sayin'.
and QA1's are as strong/stiff as Bilstin Sports... So yea,,, but they are also 3 times the price.... the Sport is the best shock for the money... QA1's are better,,, but a lot more $$$$
