Default 1975 Intermittant light problem

Ok guys newest thing. My driver rear turn signal works intermittently. I have traced it down to the socket and actually replaced it. Having the same problem. When I push on the bulb it works 100% of the time. What I'm assuming is its just not making great contact where it would. Ive tried bending the prongs in the connector to sit up farther and I cant get it to work. Next step is going to be solder a little extra to the nubs on the light to make them stick down farther. Just wondering if anyone had similar problems

have you tried a different bulb or just swapping bulbs for better contact?
