Default Power Sterring problem

I just replaced all of the hoses, and when I refilled the pump and started the engine, the wheel went crazy, I cant move the wheel at all, what should I have done? what can I do now ? it did work fine before this but the hoses had a lot of cracks,

Make sure the hoses are crossed where they exit the control valve or bad things will happen.

You should have rid the P/S system of MOST of the trapped air by exercising the wheels with engine OFF (right/left several times with wheels off the ground). THEN you do the same with engine ON. And then you center the control valve adjustment so the wheels do not drift either direction on their own. Hopefully, you have not damaged the seals in the control valve during that "seizure" episode.
